Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our
Website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information.
No contract is made with you until we have dispatched your order.
We accept payment by Credit and Debit Cards on our website.
The payments are taken at the point of ordering and will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.
We remain the owners of the goods until they have been paid for in full.
We can retrieve and resell any goods that are not paid for in respect of any transaction with you.
Our web site is secure for our customers to buy on line.
We do not store any of your card details as any payments made are done directly on the payment processors own site.
When placing an order over the Internet your payment details are transmitted over a secure encrypted network connection.
This provides personal protection and is only retained for the time necessary to process the current transaction.
Card payments are processed online using a valid credit or debit card.
Your credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is you making the order.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Once you have finished shopping, click on ‘checkout’ and you will then be able to make payment via Credit / Debit Card.
The FREE UK shipping is exclusive to our website only, if you wish to take advantage of this offer, then please order through the website.
Telephone orders ARE NOT eligible for free UK shipping.
Please Note: Small orders of 1 to 4 balls may be sent vacuum packed, so they will fit through a letter box. Please cut open carefully once received. The wool is not damaged, it has just had the air sucked out of it, once its opened, and the wool taken out it will puff back up once airs back in it.

Sale prices are valid only for the period that the sale is live.

Coupons and offer codes are valid for one per customer per offer. There is no cash alternative.
Every effort is made to give as accurate a picture of the item as possible.
While we endeavor to ensure that our sample pictures are a true representation of the relevant items, we cannot guarantee the quality of your monitor or the resolution being used.
Please make sure you choose correct delivery address when ordering, as it cannot be amended once the order has been placed.
Once your order has been placed you should receive an order acknowledgement, providing you specified a valid email address at the time of placing your order. If you think you have not received an e-mail please check your SPAM folder in the email address used when placing your order.
Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement that your order has been received by us. Orders can only be classed as accepted by us once they have been delivered. In the unlikely event that your order contained items that were incorrectly priced by us we reserve the right to adjust your order when it is received by us.
We will endeavor to notify you of this prior to the order being adjusted.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT, if you require a separate invoice showing VAT, please email us and we will provide one.

Once we have accepted an order it cannot be cancelled unless this is agreed with us first.
You need to contact us at: [email protected]
We will then give you instructions on how to return the order back to us.
Any returns require a proof of posting when sending them back.
Any items returned due to customer error or change of mind, must have return of postage paid by the customer and any new goods sent in their place will carry a delivery charge.
Any parcels refused by the customer that are returned to us by either Courier or Royal Mail will incur a postage charge of £2.50 regardless of whether the order was above £30 or not and received free postage when the order was placed. A refund will be issued upon the return of the order minus the £2.50 postage cost and any return fees charged by the Couriers.
We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged.
When returning items to us they must reach be unopened and unused and in perfect condition.
We will dispatch orders within 2 working days, unless we have to order stock in or need to order same dye lots.
Every effort is made to deliver the goods within a maximum of 10 working days, so please allow enough time for your order to arrive, before contacting us to chase your order.
We dispatch using either Royal Mail for small items or Hermes Courier depending on the size and weight of the order.
Any order sent through Hermes courier will do 3 attempted deliveries.
NOT ALL COURIERS LEAVE CARDS, so an attempted delivery will not always mean that a card is left.
The couriers do not get paid however if they do not deliver, so it is in their interest to deliver the parcel.
After 3 attempts the parcel will be sent back to the sorting depot to be returned to us, which Hermes charge a £4.00 return fee for doing so, which we have to pay to get it returned.
If this happens, once the parcel arrives back with us, we will refund the customers order, minus the return charge of £4.00 which will be at the customers expense & the original postage the customer paid if applicable for the order.
It is advisable if you have ordered and know a delivery will be coming to make arrangements for someone to be at home, or leave a note of where the parcel could be left.
Any order sent via Royal Mail that is not collected from a delivery office is returned to us, usually 2 – 3 weeks after its been sent. Orders will be refunded if they are returned minus any postage cost paid.
Please allow up to 10 days for your Order to arrive before contacting us regarding its whereabouts.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED AND OR DAMAGED
All orders will take the following for delivery.
Royal Mail usually take between 1-5 working days after day of dispatch.
Hermes (also known as myhermes) will take 2-5 working days
We can request further details from Hermes regarding the delivery.
Any customer who maintains non receipt of the order that is showing as delivered will be required to fill out and sign a Hermes Declaration form for non receipt of goods and email a copy to us prior to us being able to offer either a replacement or a refund, as this is a requirement by Hermes. Failure to do so will result in non refund or replacement of items.
In the unlikely event we are unable to supply you with the goods ordered with 28 days, we will inform you and give you the option of waiting ( and advise of expected delivery date ) or cancelling the order and having a refund issued.
Any goods sent out by us will be done in perfect condition and with the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt to any faults with your products/order.
MISSING/ INCORRECT ITEMS UPON DELIVERY
Upon receipt of your order please notify us within 48 hours if there are any missing or incorrect items in your parcel via email.
Please keep hold of all packaging, labels and contents received as pictures will be required

Use of our website is governed by English law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England

PLEASE NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Once your order has been put together you will see in the CART area that the total to pay will be in your chosen currency. When you go to the CHECKOUT page the currency will change to £ GBP which is our chosen currency
